Danza DEL VENTRE - meditazione femminiltà e movimento -

LA SESSUALITA' E LA SPIRITUALITA' FANNO PARTE DELLA STESSA RUOTA CHE FA GIRARE IL MONDO

La danza del ventre ha origini sacre, nasce come culto della Dea Madre, ovvero della parte femminile della divinità.

ARCHETIPO IMMORTALE - che è stato venerato come Demetra in Grecia , Iside in Egitto, Isthar in Mesopotamia.
Veniva danzata in antichità per i riti di fecondità e prosperità e con le sue movenze mimava la rotazione e la rivoluzione terrestre e persino la processione lunisolare.

QUESTA DANZA NON è PATRIMONIO ESCLUSIVO DEL MEDIO ORIENTE, MA DELL'INTERA UMANITA.
In diverse zone del nostro pianeta si ritrovano reperti archeologici che di fatto raffigurano donne o gruppi di donne che danzano la danza della Dea.
(la stessa cosa per inciso si puo' dire di altri aspetti - quali YOGA o ARTI MARZIALI - che sembrerebbero essere nati in piu' zone della terra, trovando pero' solo in alcuni apesi la possibilità di esprimersi compiutamente (India o Giappone, ad esempio)

Non nasce come DANZA DI ALLIETAMENTO PER GLI UOMINI, ma come danza TRA DONNE E PER LE DONNE che si ricollega ad antichi culti religiosi legati alla MADRE TERRA, ALLA FERTILITA' ED ALLA SENSUALITA'

CORPO ED EMOZIONE
Un corpo sano è legato al fluire armonioso dell'energia che lo rende vitale. Attraverso i movimenti del bacino e del ventre si ha un effetto simile a quello dello yoga nell'attivazione dei chakra e nel risveglio della kundalini.
QUESTA ENERGIA CI DEVE CONSENTIRE DI ESPRIMERE LIBERAMENTE LE NOSTRE EMOZIONI, SENZA REPRIMERLE.
